How good is doing only 5 minutes meditation in busy life

As you know mediation is very good for your peace of mind it’s very simple tool to sharp your mind so here is some basic simple rule for mediation .

1 ) wake up early in the morning ,5 or 6 am and finish your nature’s call and drink enough water ,

2) go to park or balcony in your home or top of the building and sit in normal Indian sitting method ,

3 ) breath normally for 10 times ,

4) keep your eyes close ,

5) just seat ,

6 ) thought come and will go. Just sit and focus on your heart beat and just listen it

7 ). Don’t force yourself for stopping thoughts you can’t be that to have 0 thoughts

8 ) just listen heartbeat and breath and then

9 ) focus on your right ear and practice to hear some voice like , bee voice

10) you found you are able to focus on htat sound and finish your session

11) next day you have to focus on your right ear sound and 1 or two months you will be able to find the worth of meditation .
